Hospital Visit

Can children visit the inpatient ward?

We generally ask that children aged 6 years and under refrain from visiting. This is to minimize the risk of infection due to children’s vulnerability and to maintain a conducive healing environment for our patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

For more details, please refer to For Visitors.

Are there restrictions on visits and accompaniment due to COVID-19 prevention?

At our hospital, we have established certain rules for visitation to prevent infections, not limited to COVID-19.

For more details, please refer to For Visitors.

Can I bring flowers, sweets, or fruits when visiting a patient?

Bringing fresh flowers and potted plants is strictly prohibited from an infection control perspective. For more details, please refer to For Visitors.

Additionally, regarding food, we consider meals a part of the treatment process. Therefore, we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing any food items. Generally, bringing outside food is prohibited, except when approved by the attending physician.

As a family member of a hospitalized patient, can I inquire about their condition over the phone?

We apologize, but we are unable to share patient information over the phone as we cannot verify your identity as a family member. We kindly ask you to visit the hospital in person.
