TEL: 0467-46-1717 (main line, Japanese ONLY)

For English (or other language) speakers
Please contact the International Medical Support Center.

What should foreign patients who do not speak Japanese do when seeking medical care?

If you are accompanied by someone who can speak and understand Japanese, please proceed with the usual procedures, as Japanese patients do. If you need an interpreter during your consultation,Please contact the International Medical Support Center by email in advance.

We cannot guarantee that an interpreter will always be available. In some cases, we may use telephone/video interpretation services or automatic translation devices. We request the medical tourism agency to arrange for a professional interpreter.

If you bring medical certificates or referral letters written in a foreign language, please provide these documents either at the time of making an appointment or at least one week before the medical consultation. To facilitate smoother service, please provide the referral letter (not copies of medical records) with a Japanese translation, if possible. Please submit referral letters from Japanese medical institutions without opening them.
