Follow-up Visit Process and Appointment
For Japanese speakers
*If you need an interpreter during your consultation, please refer to the “For English (or other language) speakers”.
For appointment changes or cancellations, please call us on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 and 19:00, or on Saturday between 8:00 and 13:00 at 050-1809-3056 (automated voice system, Japanese ONLY).
*After completing your application by phone, the hospital will contact you within three business days.
*If it is a cancellation only, the process will be completed. However, we may contact you by phone if necessary.
For English (or other language) speakers

For same-day appointment changes or cancellations, please contact the International Medical Support Center by phone (Tel: +81-(0)467-46-9931).
If your condition is stable and your doctor at outpatient department has recommended a referral to another medical institution, but you choose to continue receiving treatment at our hospital, you will be required to pay 3,000 yen (including tax) for medical treatment or 1,900 yen (including tax) for dental treatment in addition to the regular costs.

If a detailed examination (re-examination) is deemed necessary following a comprehensive medical check-up or screening at our hospital, the Preventive Medicine Center will provide the relevant department with the necessary information, and you will not incur the additional fee (SENTEI RYOYOHI).
If you had a comprehensive medical check-up or screening at another medical institution and wish to have a detailed examination at our hospital, please bring the referral letter issued by that medical institution to the outpatient desk. In this case, you will not be charged an additional fee (SENTEI RYOYOHI).
